- be saved or shared only when you choose to do so

To provide the core functions of the app, we may store certain data locally on your device, such as:
current task status
- completed task records
- completion dates
- local image paths related to records
- necessary app settings
2. How We Use This Information
We process the information above only for the purpose of operating the core functions of the app, including but not limited to:
showing tasks and records
- saving your task completion status
- displaying photos you selected for a record
- generating share cards
- saving share cards to your device photo library when you explicitly choose to do so
- invoking the system share sheet when you explicitly choose to share
We do not use your photos, written records, or task content for unrelated purposes without your knowledge.
3. How Your Data Is Stored
In the current version of the app, the text you enter, your task records, image paths, and related data are stored primarily locally on your device to support in-app display and functionality.
Unless you explicitly choose to share, export, or sync data, we do not actively upload your record content or photos to our servers.
4. Photo Library Access and Save Permissions
The app may request access to your device’s photo library for the following purposes:
4.1 Photo Library Access
Used to:
let you choose photos for task records
- generate share cards using photos you selected
4.2 Save to Photo Library
Used to:
save generated share cards to your device photo library when you tap “Save Image”
The app does not read, export, or save your photos without a user-initiated action.
5. Sharing Features
The app allows you to share generated share cards through your device’s system sharing features.
Please note:
sharing is triggered only when you explicitly tap a share action
- shared content is sent only after your confirmation
- once you share content to a third-party platform or service, that platform or service handles the content according to its own rules and privacy practices
- we do not control how third-party platforms process the content you choose to share
Before sharing, you should review the content to ensure it does not include anything you do not want to make public.
6. What We Do Not Do
In the current version of the app, unless you explicitly choose to take an action, we do not:
upload your task records automatically
- upload your photos automatically
- publish your records publicly
- share your personal records with other users in the background
- use your text or photos for advertising or personalized recommendations
7. Third-Party Services
I do not know whether your current production build includes analytics, crash reporting, ads, login, or other third-party SDKs. You must verify this before release.
